M Ashwaq Jabbar Hammond University of Basra / Center for Educational Guidance and Psychological Care Research Summary: The aim of the current research is to identify the most important problems faced by the teachers of the Al-Amal Institute for the Deaf and Dumb in the academic year (2022-2021), and the research sample consisted of (14) male and female teachers, and the researcher built a scale of problems by asking an exploratory question to the exploratory sample and amounted to The number of items of the scale after checking the psychometric properties (20) items, after verifying the validity and reliability of the scale was applied to the research sample and the weighted mean and weight were used to verify the research objectives and the researcher reached a set of results, the most important of which is about the high percentage of the problem related to item (3) Then came paragraph (1) and paragraph (2), and paragraph (7) was the lowest ratio among the paragraphs.
