الملخص الإنجليزي

The current research included the topic (Attention to kindergarten children ), where the research included four chapters, the first chapter included the definition of the research from the research problem? 1- To what extent do children have attention? 2- What is the difference in attention between children (males - females).

Most children may need a very short period of time to shift their attention from one stimulus to another in their environment, and there are children who find it difficult to pay attention and focus on one stimulus, even if they are urged to return attention to another stimulus, and they may lose information, meaning and content.

It is the preoccupation of those who teach them and give them life skills and its importance, as attention is considered one of the important psychological issues related to motor performance.

Without attention, the child cannot learn, remember, or think anything.

Thus, attention helps in knowing things and quickly understanding or deducing them.

The research objectives included identifying:- 1- Recognizing the level of attention of kindergarten children.

2- Identifying attention according to gender variable (males, females) among kindergarten children.

The limits of the research and definition of terminology, while the second chapter includes the theoretical framework and included the most important Arab and foreign literature, theories and studies prior to the variable (attention), while the third chapter included the research methodology of the research community from the children of Riyadh to educate Diyala and the research sample of (60) boys and girls from Riyadh children to educate Diyala were chosen by the simple random method, and the research tool adopted by the researcher from two scales (Hussain et al., 2013) and it consists of (25) items.

As for the stability of the scale, it was reached by the Facrobach method.

The stability value of the attention scale was (0.87), which is an acceptable value.

For the stability of the scale, the researcher reached the following results: 1- The current research sample of kindergarten children do not have adaptation skills.

2- The current research sample of Riyadh children has social shyness.

3- There is a relationship between coping skills and social shyness among kindergarten children.

Recommendations: In light of the results of the current research, the researcher recommends the following: 1- Parents should use cognitive methods and scientific concepts in educating their children to create a child who has all the positive qualities and correct thinking.

2- The Ministry of Education should hold training courses to train Riyadh teachers on how to help children attract their attention.

3- The Ministry of Education should enrich Riyadh with various illustrated publications that show the importance of paying attention to the kindergarten child.

Suggestions 1- Conducting research similar to this research on different age and school stages, while balancing the results.

2- Conducting studies that examine the relationship of attention to a number of variables, such as: phonemic awareness - cultural identity.

3- Conducting research that studies the relationship of attention to a number of variables, such as: improper behavioral phenomena - self-awareness - psychological alienation.
