This research aims to highlight the importance of legal licenses in maintaining health in the provisions of worship, by making exceptions to some legal provisions in some circumstances in order to preserve health and prevent hardship.

the results of the study: one of the most important of which is the permissibility of tayammum and not using water when the damage is ascertained or overpowered, and the effect of this on maintaining health in the event of cold, wounds and burns, and permission to combine two prayers because of an excuse, leaving Friday and congregational prayers in order to maintain health, permitting the patient to break the fast if fasting affects his health after the doctor's report in order to preserve his health, permissibility of breaking the fast for breastfeeding and pregnant women in order to facilitate them and protect their health from diseases, permissibility of committing some of the prohibitions of ihram such as using ointments containing aromatic oils for the pilgrim in order to preserve his health.

and permissibility of acting on behalf of another person to throw stones for those who have excuse based on public opinion.

the study also recommended working on collecting and highlighting the licenses related to the acts of worship mentioned by the jurists in their books, and taking care of the licenses related to medical matters, for the patient and his relatives, for therapists, nurses and administrators, and collecting and studying them in an independent scientific thesis, for the need for them.

the research consists of an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion.

introduction: it included the reason for choosing the topic, the objectives of the topic, previous studies, and the research plan.

the first topic: the reality of the license in jurisprudence, and its relationship to the purpose of removing embarrassment.

the second topic: the practical aspect of the subject, in which i dealt with the role of legal licenses in maintaining health in the provisions of worship.

given the importance of this topic, especially in light of widespread diseases and pandemics, there was an urgent need to know the link between legal licenses and maintaining health, especially in the field of worship.
