This paper aims to induce foreign English language learners that, if a foreign English learner desires to master the language proficiency, he must acquire the largest amount of vocabulary, because dexterity in English language depends on the knowledge of its vocabulary.

this paper not only focuses on expanding vocabulary to the students of English as a foreign language, through new teaching methods such as Content-Integrated Language-Learning, but it also directs the English language students to self-reliance in learning the English language, because most of the programs proposed within this paper can be applied by the learner himself, choosing his preferred content.

furthermore, this paper tends to apprise English language teachers that vocabulary represents one of most important skills necessary for teaching and learning a foreign language.
