The research derives its scientific and methodological value from its title marked (Visual Formation Techniques in Contemporary Arabic Calligraphy).

The most important elements of the visual formation of Arabic calligraphy, which hold together in its body, give it creative power, and contribute to improving the conditions of creative reception among recipients.

According to this given; The research seeks to explore the nature of this formation in its contextual and signatory space, and the paths of creative experimentation that gave Arabic calligraphy its communicative power.

Which makes us concerned with this coherence in which the echoes of Arabic letters respond to their other visual connotations and notations, and we mean the point, the block, the void, and other elements of the design of the modern calligraphic painting.

Accordingly, the creative process of this art has become worthy of follow-up in the context of communication with the public, keeping pace with the times, and keeping pace with its accelerating rhythm in various aspects of knowledge.

Perhaps it is the desire of contemporary calligraphers to make a quantum leap in the march of Arabic calligraphy, and to innovate new methods and modern techniques befitting the history of this art and its visual laws.

In this way, the semiotic approach took its right from the research and the systematic questioning of the investigations that specialized in the research in two tracks: the path of intentional sequences, and its features were defined in three, namely: (the sequence of worship, the sequence of identity and belonging, and the sequence of publicity), and the path of art and creativity, and its features were manifested in three Also, it is: (anthropomorphism, diagnosis, symbolic representation).

According to these two paths, the reasons for the question were prepared for research, and its dimensions converged in the following form: (What visual techniques gave contemporary Arabic calligraphy its creative energy, and contributed to its communicative impact? ).

It is the question that stimulated the effort, and the answer from behind the approach ended with the recording of some results, the most important of which is the reference to the intentional sequences in sensory representations and their directives for worship, identity and publicity, and it was completed for the creator / calligrapher with the level of mental representation in his creative perception of ideas and things that were characterized by efficient production and achievement, and yielded fruit Or brought out its burdens through the mechanisms of embodiment, diagnosis and symbolic representation.
