The present research aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a religious psychological counseling program on developing moral intelligence (empathy, conscience, self-control, respect, kindness, tolerance, and fair) in middle stage students in Kuwait.

Sample consisted of (30) middle stage students aged 12-15 years (MA 14.

548) referred from Al - Miqdad Bin Al- Aswad Middle School for Boys, Al Jahra Governorate of Kuwait divided into two equivalent groups: Experimental and control.

Study instruments implied a Scale of Moral Intelligence (prepared by the researcher) and a religious psychological counseling program (prepared by the researcher) for developing moral intelligence in middle stage students in Kuwait.

Results revealed statistically significant differences between the mean ranks of the experimental and control groups in the post test on the Scale of Moral Intelligence in favor of the experimental group.

Results also revealed statistically significant differences between the mean ranks of the pre and post tests on the Scale of Moral Intelligence in favor of the post- test.

Whereas results revealed no statistically significant differences between the mean ranks of the post and follow up tests on the Scale of Moral Intelligence.

Results showed high effect size of the religious psychological counseling program on developing moral intelligence of the experimental group as well.

The researcher recommended using the religious psychological counseling program used in the present research for developing moral intelligence in middle stage students in Kuwait.
