The current study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a program based on the interactive e-learning platform (Microsoft Teams) in developing the oud playing skills of music education students, The study relied on the descriptive method and the quasi-experimental method, The study also used a quasi-experimental design based on one experimental group (before/after), The study sample consisted of (40) students of music education at the Faculty of Specific Education - Damanhour University, The study used one instrument represented in the note card for playing the Oud instrument skills, The study reached the following results: There is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the students of the experimental group (the program based on the interactive e-learning platform (Microsoft Teams) in the pre and post application of the note card related to the skills of playing the lute in favor of the post application, The study also found that the program based on the interactive e-learning platform (Microsoft Teams), the average gain percentage for Black is greater than (1.2) in developing the skills of playing the lute among students of music education, The study recommended the need to rely on interactive e-learning platforms in developing the different musical skills of music education students.
