This paper highlights the urge of many companies to preserve their work capital especially with the advent of ecological and social issues related to sustainable development, and the appearance of environmental regulations and growing pressure from stakeholders.

also the appearance of new laws and the escalating pressures from the involved parties drive the firms to protect their reputation with new considerations to the surroundings, population, and setting.

therefore these companies have felt the need to work on their brand image, taking into account emerging values like, respect for the environment, respect for human rights, respect for their identity in the communities in which they have been instituted.

accordingly, a good bulk of words have been coined to reflect new areas about corporate social responsibility and business ethics.
