انتشرت جائحة COVID-19 في الكاميرون منذ مارس 2020.
في مواجهة خطر انتشار المرض، اتخذت السلطات المختصة تدابير لمكافحة هذه الأزمة الصحية ذات البعد العالمي.
و مع ذلك، فمن خلال تنفيذها فقط نعاين بعض النتائج الوقائية على البيئة.
هذا يعني أنه لا يمكن تجاهل حماية البيئة، على الرغم من عدم النص عليها صراحة في تدابير مكافحة COVID-19 فعلى الرغم من اهتمام الفقه الكاميروني بدراسة الجائحة الحالية، لم يتطرق أي بحث شامل إلى موضوع هذه الدراسة، و هذا ما يبرر اختياره و أهميته.
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم فعالية حماية البيئة خلال هذه الفترة الصحية الطارئة.
من خلال التحليل، يظهر تنفيذ التدابير المتخذة من طرف الدولة أن هذه الحماية فعالة نسبيا.
على اعتبار أن هذه الحماية لا تشمل البيئات المستقبلة، و حتى تلك المحمية لا تستفيد من نفس الاهتمام.
و هو ما يؤدي إلى تباين في حماية العناصر المشكلة لكل مكون من مكونات البيئة، و يكشف التحليل المقارن عن خلل في حماية المكون البشري و تمييز في حماية المكون الطبيعي.

The COVID-19 pandemic has been raging in Cameroon since March 2020.
in the face of the treat of the spread of the disease, the competent authorities have taken steps to fight this global crisis.
however, it is only through their implementation that some environmental protection consequences are observed.
in other words, the protection of the environment, although not expressly provided for in the measures to stop COVID-19, is not totally ignored.
but despite the enthusiasm of the Cameroonian doctrine for the ongoing pandemic, no complete research has addressed the issue of this study.
this is what justifies its choice and its relevance.
it aims to assess the effectiveness of environmental protection during this period of health emergency.
on analysis, the implementation of response measures issued by the state shows that this protection is relatively effective.
indeed, not all sectors of the environment are protected and even those protected are not given the same attention.
this results in a disparity in the protection of the constituent elements of each component of the environment.
a comparative analysis reveals an imbalance in the protection of the human component and discrimination in the protection of the natural component.
الملخص FRE
La pandémie de la COVID-19 sévit au Cameroun depuis le début de l'année 2020.
face à la menace de la propagation de la maladie, les autorités compétentes ont pris des mesures afin de lutter contre cette crise sanitaire d'envergure mondiale.
toutes fois, ce n'est que par leur mise en œuvre qu'on constate quelques conséquences protectrices de l'environnement.
c'est dire que la protection de l'environnement bien que non expressément prévue par les mesures de lutte contre la COVID-19 n'est pas totalement ignorée.
mais malgré l'engouement de la doctrine camerounaise pour la pandémie en cours, aucune étude d'ensemble n'a traité de la question objet de la présente étude.
c'est ce qui justifie son choix et sa pertinence.
celle-ci ambitionne d'évaluer l'efficacité de la protection de l'environnement pendant cette période d'urgence sanitaire.
à l'analyse, la mise en œuvre des mesures de riposte édictées par l'état montre que cette protection est relativement efficace.
en effet, tous les milieux récepteurs ne sont pas protégés et ceux qui le sont ne bénéficient pas de la attention.
il en résulte une disparité dans la protection des éléments constitutifs de chaque composante de l'environnement.
une analyse comparée dévoile un déséquilibre de la protection de la composante humaine et une discrimination de la protection de la composante naturelle.
