The study presented in this text is an evaluation of the educational support system provided to newly recruited university teachers at the Mouloud Mammeri University of Tizi Ouzou.

It is limited to the evaluation of the first level recorded in the Kirkpatrick model.

In other words, the evaluation of this educational support is based on the reactions of respondents, depending on whether or not they are satisfied with it, from several points of view.

The results of the survey conducted among teachers newly recruited by the UMMTO show that the majority of them are satisfied with the pedagogical training provided by their employer, in order to help them better perform their teaching duties and to respond to the distinct imperatives of the teacher-researcher profession that they have undertaken.

الملخص FRE

L’étude présentée dans ce texte, est une évaluation du dispositif d’accompagnement pédagogique prodigué aux enseignants universitaires nouvellement recrutés au niveau de l’Université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi Ouzou.

Elle se limite à l’évaluation du premier niveau consigné dans le modèle de Kirk patrick 1959.

Autrement dit, l’évaluation de cet accompagnement pédagogique s’appuie, sur les réactions des enseignants nouvellement recrutés, selon qu’ils soient satisfaits ou pas de cet accompagnement à plusieurs points de vue.

Les résultats de l’enquête attestent que les enseignants nouvellement recrutés par l’UMMTO, sont en majorité satisfaits de la formation pédagogique prodiguée par leur employeur, afin de les aider à mieux s’acquitter de leurs tâches d’enseignement, et de répondre aux distincts impératifs du métier de l’enseignant-chercheur, qu’ils ont entrepris.
