The purpose of this article is to study the socio-economic factors influencing the territorial attractiveness through a comparative study of the Wilaya of Oran and Ain Témouchent ; and determine the strengths and weaknesses that characterize each of the two territories in order to determine the vision of future strategies to develop them and make them more attractive.
to remedy this problem, it is necessary to approach more data analysis techniques, namely PCA principal component analysis and CAH classification ; which make it possible to tackle the complexity of geographical problems.

Le but de cet article est d'étudier les facteurs socio-économiques influençant l'attractivité territoriale à travers une étude comparative de la wilaya d'Oran et Ain Témouchent ; et déterminer les forces et les faiblesses qui caractérisent chacune des deux territoires afin de déterminer la vision des stratégies futures pour les développer et les rendre plus attractif.
Pour remédier à ce problème il faut s'approcher davantage des techniques de l'analyse des données à savoir l'analyse en composante principale ACP et la classification CAH ; qui permettent d'aborder la complexité des problèmes géographiques.
