Human resources management has an important role and effect in improving the profitability and performance of companies, so that they are competitive and guarantee their development.
In our present article, we will touch a sample of 39 executives of the Algerian economic public company ONAB Nutrition Port Unit of Oran, to see the effect of HRM on the profitability of their companies.

La Gestion des Ressources Humaine à rôle et effet important pour l'amélioration de la rentabilité et de la performance des entreprises, afin qu'elles soient compétitives et garantissent leurs développement.
Dans notre présent article nous allons toucher un échantillon de 39 cadres de l'entreprise publique économique Algérienne ONAB Nutrition Unité Portuaire d'Oran, pour voir l'effet de la GRH sur la rentabilité de leur entreprise.
