الملخص AR

الوقاية هي إجراء صحي يهدف إلى تجنب ظهور أو تفاقم المشاكل الصحية.

و مع ذلك فإن النظام الصحي خاصة في بلدنا الجزائر، يقوم على المرض و ليس على الصحة.

فظهور الأمراض يمثل العامل المسبب (و المبرر) للتدخل.

يستخدم أخصائيو الصحة النفسية (من أخصائيين نفسانيين و أطباء نفسيون) هذا الإطار المرجعي.

و نتيجة لذلك فإن وظيفة الأخصائي النفسي الإكلينيكي العامل في قطاع الصحة العامة تقتصر على الخدمات العلاجية دون الوقائية.

هذا ما دفعنا هذا إلى التساؤل عن الأسباب الكامنة وراء هذا الاستبعاد للوقاية مما يجعل الأخصائي النفسي أقل كفاءة مما كان متوقعا، و ما هي الوسائل التي يجب استخدامها ؟ سوف نعرض في هذا المقال مجموعة أفكار و استنتاجات حول الدور الوقائي للأخصائي النفسي العيادي، أهدافه النظرية و سبله العملية، بالاستناد إلى دراسات سابقة تم إجراؤها حول هذا الموضوع.

لقد اقترحنا الأشكال التالية كإجراءات وقائية يجب على الأخصائيين النفسانيين القيام بها، في الوقاية الأولية و الثانوية و الثالثة : التثقيف و التربية الصحية، تحسين جودة الحياة و البيئة المعيشية، التشخيص المبكر، العلاجات القصيرة، و المتابعة ما بعد العلاجية و الدعم.

Prevention is a health action that generally aims to avoid or aggravate diseases.

Professionals in the field of mental health (psychologists and psychiatrists) also adopt this frame of reference in their practices.

as a result, the work of the public health clinical psychologist is limited solely to curative services.

from this we wondered about the reasons why prevention has become a second priority, which has made psychologists less efficient at this level ? in this article, we have tried to determine the practical elements of the preventive role that the clinical psychologist can assume, his objectives to consider as well as his practical methods to achieve them.

these modalities are (among others) : health education, information, development of the living environment, early diagnosis, short remedies, aftercare follow-up and support.

الملخص FRE

La prévention est une action de santé qui vise généralement l’évitement ou l’aggravation des maladies.

les professionnels dans le domaine de la santé mentale (psychologues et psychiatres) adoptent aussi ce cadre de référence dans leurs pratiques.

de ce fait, le travail du psychologue clinicien de santé publique, se réduit uniquement à des prestations d’ordre curatif.

à partir de cela nous nous sommes interrogés sur les raisons pour lesquelles la prévention est passée en deuxième priorité, ce qui a rendu les psychologues moins performants à ce niveau ? dans le présent article, nous avons tenté de déterminer les éléments pratiques du rôle préventif que pourra assurer le psychologue clinicien, ses objectifs à envisager ainsi que ses modalités pratiques pour les atteindre.

ces modalités sont (entre autres) : l’éducation à la santé, l’information, l’aménagement du milieu de vie, le diagnostic précoce, les remèdes brefs, le suivi postcure et l’accompagnement.
