The article will explain the principles of an insurance contract and important concepts relating to liability insurance.

these concepts include the coverage commonly provided by liability insurance policies and answering the following questions: why are companies exposed? what's covered under a professional liability insurance? who would have the need of a professional liability insurance? as a result, we found that there is a complex relationship between liability and insurance is of importance for proper policy-making, especially for proper regulation of liability insurance.
