Blockchain technology has introduced a new legal vocabulary with terms such as "blockchain," "nodes," and "miners." smart contracts, which are actually very different from traditional legal contracts, are used to organize and timestamp transactions on a blockchain.
asymmetric cryptography and hashing functions ensure the reliability and anonymity of transactions on a blockchain.
the term "smart contract" is a misnomer as it is used to describe a computer concept rather than a traditional legal contract.

La technologie blockchain a introduit un nouveau vocabulaire juridique avec des termes tels que "blockchain", "noeuds" et "mineurs".
les smart contracts, qui sont en réalité très éloignés des contrats juridiques traditionnels, sont utilisés pour organiser et horodater des transactions sur une blockchain.
la cryptographie asymétrique et les fonctions de hachage garantissent la fiabilité et l'anonymat des transactions sur une blockchain.
le terme "smart contract" est un faux-ami, car il est utilisé pour décrire un concept informatique plutôt qu'un contrat juridique traditionnel.
