This research aims to study archaeological property, which requires its protection by all legal means.

during the colonial era, the focus was on roman ruins only.

after independence, this sector did not witness any interest, as antiquities were smuggled and vandalized, despite the existence of legal texts starting from ordinance 67-281, related to cultural heritage, without neglecting the various applied texts.
