At the dawn of the year 2020, public services in Cameroon have since operated under the test of the COVID-19 health emergency.

can be briefly understood as an activity of a public person aiming under specific conditions at the satisfaction of a need of general interest, the public service, the secular arm of the administration, should be able to operate for the satisfaction of this general interest.

which otherwise legitimizes the existence of the state.

as much as it must function for the intended purpose, it must be able to adapt to any event that may hinder its operation.

thus, as are salt of the health emergency generated by COVID-19, public services in Cameroon have suffered a considerable impact with the alteration of their normal functioning.

also, they have been adapted with a view to preserving their continuous operation.

الملخص FRE

A l’aube de l’année 2020, les services publics au Cameroun ont depuis lors fonctionné à l’épreuve de l’urgence sanitaire COVID-19.

pouvant être sommairement compris comme une activité d’une personne publique visant dans des conditions particulières à la satisfaction d’un besoin d’intérêt général, le service public, bras séculier de l’administration, devrait pouvoir fonctionner pour la satisfaction de cet intérêt général qui légitime autrement l’existence de l’etat.

autant, il doit fonctionner dans l’objectif visé, autant il doit pouvoir s’adapter à toute épreuve pouvant entraver son fonctionnement.

c’est ainsi qu’à l’épreuve de l’urgence sanitaire générée par la COVID-19, les services publics au Cameroun ont subi un impact considérable avec l’altération de leur fonctionnement normal.

aussi, ont-ils été adaptés dans l’optique de la préservation de leur fonctionnement continu.
