the importance of this study lies in showing the importance of this institution through its composition that distinguishes it.

through which we came to consider that this composition as a reason for activating and strengthening the work and the missions of the court.

the topic was addressed in two main points, the first related to the provisions of membership and representation, and the second to the conditions of membership in the court and its role in activating the the missions of the court.
