PPPs take more than one shape and each type is used to tackle one or more issue.

This wide range of the solutions provided by the PPP makes it a desirable tool that governments are to adopt in order to overcome the shortage of resources.

This research attempts to measure the impact of PPPs on enhancing the competitiveness of Aden container terminal.

In addition, the research attempts to identify the present status, suggest solutions for elimination of drawbacks, and identifying reasons of inefficiency; using Diamond model for Porter during the year 2022.
