تعفن المسالك البولية هي واحدة من أكثر الالتهابات البكتيرية شيوعا وخطرا لدى الرضع والأطفال.

قد يكون التشخيص صعبا بسبب الأعراض غير المحددة والصعوبات في بعض الأحيان في جمع البول.

يجب أن يسترشد العلاج بالمضادات الحيوية بالرجوع لمعطيات الأوبئة المحلية نظرا لزيادة مقاومة المضادات الحيوية.

لا تزال مؤشرات الإدارة والتصوير مثيرة للجدل والمبادئ التوجيهية ليست توافقية.

من خلال هذه المراجعة ، نقدم تحديدا للتوصيات الجديدة المتعلقة بتشخيص وإدارة تعفنات المسالك البولية لدى الأطفال

الملخص EN

Urinary tract infection (UTI) represents one of the most common and potentially serious bacterial infections among infants and children.

The diagnosis can be difficult due to unspecific symptoms and difficulties in collecting urine.

Antibiotic therapy must be guided by local guidelines due to increasing antibiotic resistance.

Management strategies and indications for imaging remain controversial topics and guidelines lack consensus.

This article presents an overview of paediatric UTI diagnosis and management, with highlights of recent advances and evidence updates.

الملخص FRE

L'infection urinaire (IU) représente l'une des infections bactériennes les plus fréquentes et potentiellement graves chez les nourrissons et les enfants.

Le diagnostic peut être difficile en raison des symptômes parfois peu spécifiques et des difficultés de recueil des urines.

L'antibiothérapie doit être guidée par l’épidémiologie locale vue l'augmentation des résistances aux antibiotiques.

La prise en charge ainsi que les indications d'imagerie restent des sujets de controverse et les lignes directrices ne sont pas consensuelles.

Nous proposons à travers cette revue une mise à jour des nouvelles recommandations concernant le diagnostic et la prise en charge des infections urinaires pédiatriques.
