الأهداف: كان الهدف من عملنا البحث عن العلاقة بين الرضا الجنسي وصورة الجسم من جانب واحترام الذات لدى المرأة الحامل.
الأساليب: أجرينا دراسة مستعرضة على ()()l امرأة حامل عن طريق إستطلاع مباشر للخصائص الاجتماعية والديموغرافية ، أمراض النساء e ، مررنا مؤشر الوظيفة الجنسية للإناث (FSFI) ، واستبيان اتجاهات الجسم (BAQ) ، والتوليد والحمل الحالي.
بالنسبة لكل من هؤلاء النسا ومقياس روزنبرغ لتقدير الذات.
النتائج: معدل نتيجة FSFI كانت 5.8± 23.1 .%()7 من المرضى تعانين من خلل وظيفي جنسي بنتيجة 26.55.
متوسط BAQ كان 14.6 122.6± .
متوسط مقياس روزنبرغ كان 29.4± 2.8.
94 من المرضى لديه مستوى إحترام الذات متوسط و 6 لديهم تقدير قوي للذات.
وجدنا ارتباطات ذات دلالة إحصائية بين رضا FSFI وعناصر الإغراء BAQ ، بين تزييت والإثارة FSFI والقوة واللياقة BAQ ، بين عناصر هزة الجماع و الرضا FSFI و احترام الذات روزنبرغ.
الملخص EN
Objective: The aim of our work was to find the link between sexual satisfaction and body image and selfesteem among pregnant women.
Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional study of 100 pregnant women.
A survey exploring sociodemographic characteristics, gynecological and obstetric history and current pregnancy was completed.
For these women, we passed the Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI), the Body Attitudes Questionnaire (BAQ), and the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale.
Results: The mean FSFI score was 23.1 ± 5.8.
70% of patients had a sexual dysfunction with a score ≤ 26.55.
The average BAQ score was 122.6 ± 14.6.
The mean of the Rosenberg scale was 29.4 ± 2.8.
The majority of the sample (94%) had average self-esteem and 6% had high self-esteem.
We found significant associations between the FSFI satisfaction and the seductive feeling of the BAQ (p=), between the lubrication and excitation items of the FSFI and that of the strength and the fitness of the BAQ (p=), between the orgasm and satisfaction items of the FSFI and self-esteem of Rosenberg (p=).
Conclusions: Sexuality, body image and self-esteem are related concepts in pregnant women.
الملخص FRE
Objectif : L’objectif de notre travail était de rechercher le lien entre la satisfaction sexuelle, l’image du corps et l’estime de soi chez la femme enceinte.
Méthodes : Nous avons mené une étude transversale portant sur 100 femmes enceintes.
Un hétéroquestionnaire explorant les caractéristiques sociodémographiques, les antécédents gynéco-obstétricaux et la grossesse actuelle a été passé.
Pour chacune de ces femmes nous avons passé l’index de la fonction sexuelle féminine (FSFI), le Body attitudes questionnaire (BAQ), et l’échelle de l’estime de soi de Rosenberg.
Résultats : La moyenne du score FSFI était de 23,1 ± 5,8.
Une dysfonction sexuelle était présente chez 70% des patientes avec un score ≤ 26,55.
Le score moyen du BAQ a été de 122,6 ± 14,6.
La moyenne de l’échelle de Rosenberg était de 29,4 ± 2,8.
94% des patientes avaient une estime de soi moyenne et 6% avaient une estime de soi forte.
Nous avons trouvé des associations statistiquement significatives entre les items du FSFI satisfaction et sentiment de séduction du BAQ (p= 0,03), entre les items lubrification et excitation du FSFI et celui de la force et la remise en forme du BAQ (respectivement p=0,045 et p= 0,05), entre les items orgasme et satisfaction du FSFI et estime de soi de Rosenberg (respectivement p=0,018 et p≤ 0,0001).
Conclusion : Sexualité, image du corps et estime de soi sont des concepts reliés chez la femme enceinte.
