Objective : our work was carried out as part of the investigation of active biomolecules produced by four species of algae collected from tunisian coasts.

materials and methods : a physicochemical characterization was carried out on the collected algal samples, then an extraction and a quantitative study by colorimetric assays for the determination of the phenolic compounds results : the quantitative study of algal samples in mineral elements showed their high content on wealth in iron, calcium and magnesium, phenolic compounds, flavonoids with low levels of condensed tannins.

conclusion : these studies have shown that these different algae are excellent sources of minerals and phenolic compounds that have the ability to counter the development of certain diseases.

L'incidence des maladies inflammatoires chroniques intestinales (MICI) est en constante augmentation dans le monde.

les immunosuppresseurs (IS), largement utilisés dans le traitement des MICI, représentent une classe thérapeutique bien qu'efficace mais non dénuée de risques, d'effets indésirables (EI).

ainsi, nous avons réalisé une étude rétrospective sur une période de 9 ans allant du janvier 2007 jusqu'à décembre 2015 dont l'objectif était d'étudier les caractéristiques cliniques des patients ayant une MICI sous IS et d'analyser tous les cas d'effets indésirables suspects d'être liés à ces molécules en discutant les mécanismes physiopathologiques probables.

66 patients étaient sous is dont 25 avaient développé 28 effets indésirables suspects d'être liés à ces médicaments.

L'utilisation des IS au cours des MICI est associée à un taux non négligeable d'EI.

devant toute suspicion d'El il faut avertir le centre régional de Pharmacovigilance pour une meilleure prise en charge des patients.
