مقدمة : الدافع للإقلاع عن التدخين له دور مركزي في نجاح أو فشل الإقلاع عن التدخين .الهدف : تقييم تأثير دخول الشخص المقرب إلى المستشفى على تحفيز المدخنين على الإقلاع عن التدخين .الموضوعات و الأساليب : دراسة مستقبلية، ضمت 70 شخصا مدخنين زاروا أحد أفراد أسرته في المستشفى في قسم الأمراض الصدرية.
تم تقييم اضطرابات القلق و الاكتئاب و الاعتماد على التبغ والدافع للإقلاع عن التدخين وإعادة تقييم ملفات تعريف التدخين الخاصة بهم بعد 3 أشهر .النتائج : تمت ملاحظة وجود علاقة إيجابية بين اضطرابات القلق وسبب دخول الوالدين إلى المستشفى.
يبدو أن وجود علاقة سببية بين التبغ و الأمراض التي يعاني منها الوالد المقيم في المستشفى يزيد من الدافع للإقلاع عن التدخين.
بعد 3 أشهر، توقف 15٪ من المدخنين الذين شملهم الاستطلاع عن التدخين الخلاصة : يبدو أن التوتر المرتبط بأمراض الشخص المحبوب في المستشفى هو عامل محفز للتوقف عن التدخين.
الملخص EN
Introduction : Motivation to quit smoking has a key role in the success or failure of smoking cessation.
Objective : To assess the impact of hospitalization of a loved one on the motivation to quit smoking.
Subjects and Methods : prospectivestudy, including 70 smokers visiting a loved one hospitalizedat the pneumology department.
Evaluation of anxiety-depressive disorders, tobacco dependence and motivation to quit smoking andthen their smokingbehaviourafter 3 months.
Results : A positive association was noted between anxiety disorders and the relative's cause of hospitalization.
It seems that the existence of atobacco related pulmonary diseases increase motivation for smoking cessation.
After 3 months, 15% of the smokers interviewed had stopped smoking.
Conclusion : Stress related to the tobacco-related pathology of a hospitalized relative appears to be a motivating factor for quitting smoking.
الملخص FRE
Introduction : La motivation à l'arrêt du tabac a un rôle primordial dans la réussite ou dans l'échec du sevrage tabagique.
Objectif : Evaluer l'impact de l'hospitalisation d'un proche sur la motivation des sujets fumeurs à l'arrêt du tabac.
Sujets et méthodes : Etude prospective, incluant 70 sujets tabagiques rendant visite à un proche hospitalisé au service de pneumologie.
Evaluation des troubles anxio-dépressifs, de la dépendance au tabac et de la motivation à l'arrêt du tabac et réévaluation de leurs profils tabagiques après 3 mois.
Résultats : Une association positive a été notée entre les troubles anxieux et la cause d'hospitalisation du parent.
La présence d'un lien de causalité entre le tabac et la pathologie dont souffre le parent hospitalisé semble augmenter la motivation au sevrage tabagique.
Après 3 mois, 15% des fumeurs interrogés avaient arrêté le tabac.
Conclusion : Il semble que le stress lié à la pathologie du proche hospitalisé soit un facteur de motivation à l'arrêt.
