مقدمة : في مواجهة الاحتياجات التدريبية المتغيرة و القيود المفروضة على الدورة التدريبية التقليدية، قمنا بتطوير لعبة بطاقات (ABO Rhesus D (RhD الأصلية.
الهدف : تحديد مدى مساهمة هذه اللعبة الجادة في تعلم قواعد توافق نقل الدم RTS ABO) و RD لدى مجموعة من طلاب الطب.
الطرق : هذه دراسة أجريت بين أشهر فيفري و ماي 2017 و ضمت مجموعة من طلاب الطب.
حضر هؤلاء الطلاب في البداية محاضرة حول RTS.
بعد شهر، شاركوا في جلسات لعب الورق.
تم إجراء تقييم التعلم و الرضا عن طريق استبيانات مجهولة.
النتائج : ضمت الدراسة 45 طالبا.
كان متوسط الإجابات الصحيحة 8.04 + 3.7 قبل بدء اللعبة و 15 (7- 16) بعد المباراة بفارق كبير (ع =0.0001).
اتفق جميع الطلاب على بساطة اللعبة وانسيابيتها بالإضافة إلى المتعة.
الخلاصة : تثبت نتائجنا أن هذه اللعبة الجديدة غير المكلفة يمكن أن تؤدي إلى تحفيز أكبر للمتعلمين و تحسن هيكلة المعرفة في RTS.
الملخص EN
Introduction : Owing to the evolution of training needs and due to the limits of the traditional courses, we have developed an original ABO Rhesus D (Rh D) card game.
Aim : To determine the contribution of this serious/challenging game in learning the rules of blood transfusion compatibility (RTS) ABO and RhD within a group of medical students Methods : This study has been conducted in the period from February to May 2017 and included a group of 1st year DCEM students.
At the beginning, these students attended the lectures on RTS.
One month later, they participated in card game sessions.
The learning and satisfaction assessments ware carried out via anonymous questionnaires.
Results : Forty five students participated in this study.
The mean of the correct answers before the game was 8.04 ± 3.7, and 15 (7-16) after the game, with a significant difference (p = 0.0001).
There was a shared agreement among all the students on the simplicity and the fluidity of the game as well as its likability and pleasantness.
It has been rated 9.09 / 10 as an educational tool.
Conclusion : Our results proved that this new, innovative and low-cost game allows to enhance the learners' motivation and improve the structuring of knowledge on RTS.
الملخص FRE
Introduction : Devant l'évolution des besoins en formation et les limites du cours traditionnel, nous avons développé un jeu de cartes original ABO Rhésus D (RhD).
But : déterminer l'apport de ce jeu sérieux dans l'apprentissage des règles de la compatibilité transfusionnelle sanguine (RTS) ABO et RhD chez un groupe d'étudiants en médecine.
Méthodes : C'est une étude menée entre février et mai 2017 et incluant un groupe d'étudiants en médecine.
Ces étudiants ont assisté, au début, au cours magistral sur les RTS.
Après un mois, ils ont participé à des séances de jeu de cartes.
L'évaluation des apprentissages et de satisfaction étaient réalisée par des questionnaires anonymes.
Résultats : Il s'agissait de 45 étudiants.
La moyenne des bonnes réponses était de 8,04 ± 3,7, avant le début du jeu et de 15 (7-16) après le jeu avec une différence significative (p=0,0001).
Tous les étudiants était d'accord sur la simplicité et la fluidité du jeu ainsi que son caractère plaisant.
Conclusion : Nos résultats prouvent que ce nouveau jeu, peu couteux, permet d'entraîner une plus grande motivation des apprenants et améliore la structuration des savoirs sur les RTS.
