The current research aimed to develop creative design skills for e-books in the light of quality criteria for faculty members, by designing an environment for mobile training in light of the two network survey patterns (pre / post).

The sample of the research was a sample of faculty members at the Faculty of Education, Mansoura University, whose number 40 faculty members with different specializations.

They were randomly divided into two experimental groups.

The first experimental group was trained in the mobile training environment using the pre-network survey style, and the second experimental group was trained in the mobile training environment in the post-network survey style.

The research tools consisted of an achievement test, a note card, and a product evaluation card.

A descriptive survey method was used to analyze previous research and studies related to the topic of the research, determine the research problem, develop a list of creative design skills for e-books, design criteria for the two survey patterns (pre- and post-test), and analyze and interpret the research results.

The experimental method was also used to identify the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variables.

The research results concluded that the mobile training environment using the pre-survey style had an effective impact on developing the cognitive side of creative design skills for interactive books for the members of the first experimental group of the research sample.

The research also found the effectiveness of the mobile training environment using the pre-survey style in developing the performance aspect of electronic creative design skills, compared to the members of the second experimental group who used the post- network survey style, as well as having an effective impact on developing the members level of the first experimental group in the quality of the final product.
