This research aims to achieve several objectives, the most prominent of which were: identifying the most important incentives used by the preacher in raising the efficiency of invitees and developing their talents to serve the interest of themselves, and serving the advocacy field, and highlighted the motivation related to the scientific aspect, including: motivation for educational achievement, which in turn leads to the power of deduction, which helps the good interpretation of fatwas and the optimal application of judgments, and I mentioned the motivation related to the devotional aspect, and it was represented in several key points, most notably: motivation to master the Holy Qur'an recitation and voice, and to maintain acts of righteousness, which leads to good evangelization, then I turned to talk about motivation related to the skill aspect, and it was shown through it: motivation for community participation, and the development of talents towards sports arts, and the most prominent results were: motivation is related to all age groups without limiting it to one group without another, and related to all purposeful fields without limiting it to a specific field, and the most prominent recommendations were: a comparative study between the methods of changing the prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) for the companions, may god be pleased with them, and the methods of motivation in modern educational institutions, to add new to the specialized advocacy library, and used the analytical method, which depends in its main element on considering the prophetic motivational position towards the honorable companions and meditate well to extract new from it in a way that suits the preacher's motivation for the invitees in contemporary reality to show the impact of advocacy in all areas of their lives.
