Discharge of fetal bones through previous cesarean section scar

This is a case report of a 55-year-old multiparous Sudanese woman with a history of previous cesarean section at her first delivery many years previously who presented with discharge of fetal bones, after retention for a period of 8 years, through a scar sinus.
