the concept focuses on the intermediate position of the margin within the internal and external framework, enabling it to negotiate its belonging to the political space and claim the advantages it provides.

the study concludes that margins can negotiate or renegotiate their affiliation within the political space managed by the center and demand the benefits of this position while an alternative to the current membership system exists.
