تبرز هذه الدراسـة الـدور التكافلي للوقـف في مواجهـة تـردي الأوضاع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وذلك من خلال المعالجة التحليلية لإحدى الوثائق الوقفية التي يعود تاريخها إلى عام 1140هـ / ١٧٢٨م، وهـي وقفية ترميم مسجد سيدي موسى الخذري بزيبان الجزائر العثمانية؛ حيث تتناول الدراسة-فضلا عن تحقيق الوثيقة من ناحية الشكل والمضمون-تحليل السياقين الزماني والمكاني للوثيقة، باعتبارهما معبرين عن الحالة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية في المجتمع الإسلامي بصفة عامة في القرن الثاني عشر الهجري، وتبين مدى قيام الوقف بدور رئيس وفعال في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والتربوية لأهل المنطقة التي يوجد بها المسجد محل الوثيقة، متجاوزا أحيانا الهدف الأساس الذي أنشئ من أجلـه (وهـو ترميم المسجد)، ليمثـل مـوردا ماديا إضافيـا يقـدم الـدعـم لتعليم أبناء المنطقة ويسهم في إطعام فقرائها ومحتاجيها وكسوتهم، في ظل غياب الدعم المادي من الإدارة الرسمية العثمانية آنذاك، مما يكشف عن أهمية الوثيقة في تحليل العلاقة بين الوقف على الشؤون الدينية، كالمساجد مثلا، وبين المجال الاجتماعي ككل.
الملخص EN
This study highlights the solidarity-driven role of endowment in encountering the deteriorating socio-economic conditions by analyzing one of the Endowment Deeds, which is dated back to 1140 AH / 1728 AD.
It the Endowment Deed of the restoration of Sidi Musa Al-Khadhri Mosque at Ziban, Algeria during the Ottoman Reign.
In addition to analyzing the Deed in terms of form and content, the study analyzes the contexts of time and place of the Deed as they both express the general socio-economic conditions of the Islamic society during the twelfth century AH.
It points out how the endowment plays a major and effective role in the economic, social, and educational development of the people of the area where the relevant mosque is located.
Sometimes, endowment shall exceed the main target of its construction (restoration of the mosque) so as to become an additional financial resource which provides support to educate the area inhabitants and contributes to feeding and providing clothes to its needy people in the light of the absence of the financial support on the part of the then official Ottoman reign.
This matter unveils the significance of the Deed in analyzing the relation between the endowment on religious affairs such as mosques and the social sphere as a whole.
الملخص FRE
Cette étude montre le rôle solidaire que le Waqf joue dans la lutte contre la détérioration des conditions économiques et sociales à travers le traitement analytique d'un document du Waqf de l'an 1140 de l'hégire/1728.
Il s'agit de l'acte du Waqf en faveur de la restauration de la Mosquée de Sidi Moussa El-Khodhri aux Zibans de l'Algérie ottomane.
En plus d'étudier d'authenticité du document compte tenu de sa forme et de son fonds, l'étude s'intéresse au contexte spatiotemporel du document qui reflète la situation sociale et économique de la société islamique dans son ensemble au douzième siècle de l'hégire.
De même, elle montre le rôle déterminant du Waqf dans le développement économique, social et éducatif des habitants de la région où se trouve la mosquée qui fait l'objet de l'acte.
Ce Waqf va parfois au-delà de sa principale raison d'être (à savoir la restauration de la mosquée) pour représenter une ressource matérielle supplémentaire qui soutient l'enseignement des habitants de la région et qui contribue à nourrir et à habiller les pauvres et les nécessiteux en l'absence du soutien financier de la part de l'administration officielle ottomane de l'époque.
On voit donc toute l'importance du document qui permet d'analyser la relation entre le Waqf ayant des fins religieuses, notamment les mosquées, et entre le domaine social entier.
