الملخص العربي

هدفت هذه الدراسة لتتعرف على أثر التحديات في تنفيذ ميتا فيرس في السياحة الأردنية، كما بينت الدراسة أبعاد التحديات المتمثلة في (البنية التحتية، وثقافة الإنترنت الميزانية، والحملات الإعلانية)، إضافة إلى أبعاد تقنية ميتا فيرس المتمثلة في (الواقع الافتراضي، والواقع المعزز، والأفتار، الواجهة الطبيعية).

تم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من (٢٨٥) موظفا من العاملين في وزارة السياحة والشركات السياحية التي تقدم خدمة السياحة الوافدة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليل، وتوصلت إلى العديد من النتائج كان من أهمها وجود أثر دال احصائيا للتحديات بأبعادها مجتمعة على تنفيذ تقنية ميتا فيرس بأبعادها مجتمعة، كما وجدت الدراسة أثرا دال إحصائيا لكل من البنية التحتية، وثقافة الإنترنت والميزانية، والحملات الإعلانية في تنفيذ تقنية ميتا فيرس في السياحة الأردنية وفي ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها أوصت الدراسة بالتعرف حول المزيد من الجوانب المختلفة للميتا فيرس وكيف يمكن أن تكون في العديد من القطاعات، وضرورة الاهتمام بالبنية التحتية في الأردن لتكون قادرة على استيعاب التطورات التكنولوجية المختلفة، كم أوصت بتطوير التطبيقات المختلفة لتقنية ميتا فيرس التلاؤم متطلبات السائحين التي ستوفر لهم تجارب مميزة وشاملة.

الملخص الإنجليزي

This study aimed to identify the impact of challenges in metaverse implementation in Jordan tourism, the study also showed the dimensions of the challenges represented in (infrastructure, Internet culture, budget, and advertising campaigns), in addition to the dimensions of Metaverse technology represented in (virtual reality, augmented reality, avatar, natural interface).

A random sample of (285) employees working in the Ministry of Tourism and tourism companies that provide inbound tourism services was selected, the analytical descriptive approach was used to achieve the objectives of the study, many results were reached, the most important of which was the existence of a statistically significant impact of the challenges with their combined dimensions on the implementation of the Metaverse technology with its combined dimensions, the study also found a statistically significant effect of each of the infrastructure, Internet culture, budget, and advertising campaigns on the implementation of metaverse technology in Jordanian tourism.

In the light of the results, the study recommended learning more about the different aspects of the Metaverse and how it can be used in many sectors, and the need to pay attention to the technology infrastructure in Jordan to be able to absorb the various technological developments, it also recommended the development of various applications of Metaverse technology to meet the requirements of tourists that will provide them with unique and comprehensive experiences.
