The study examines an experience of jurisprudence experiments related to the study of future anticipative jurisprudence, and the study seeks to investigate the highlights of this anticipative jurisprudence through the study of the book: “Ghayath al-Umam fi Tayath az-Zulm” by Imam al Haramayn Al-Juwayni.

In this book known as "Al-Ghayathi", Imam Al- Haramayn thinks in a forward-looking approach based on an induction of the conditions and events of his time and what these conditions may lead to.

The Imam (may Allah have mercy on him) anticipated that the nation will be with no rulers and imams, and anticipated that it will be with no mujtahid scholars, moreover, he anticipated the extinction of the Sharia or some of its details.

He anticipated all of this and attempted to address and deal with those significant concerns, and accordingly he established what is called "jurisprudence of Sharia alternatives".

The imam aims from his future anticipation to relief the nation and save it from the utter darkness and hollows, and proposed alternatives and solutions that can help the nation, and mitigate the effects of the collapse of the scientific and political authorities.

Research Methodology: Descriptive and analytical inductive approach Main Conclusions: Imam Al- Haramayn established a theory of future anticipation, and presented his anticipations accompanied by representation and adaptation away from juristic imagination, and based his discussion on the objectives of Sharia and built many rulings on it, as the Imam tried to base his anticipations on the assertion and certainty.

Main Recommendations: I recommend deepening the study of the anticipations of Imam Al- Haramayn, induction and collecting issues of hypothetical jurisprudence dispersed from the books of different doctrines and establishing centers for future studies.
