This article summarizes the essential elements for an argumentative reflection on the issue of the rise of the Taliban.
the paper will highlight the genesis of this movement and its difficulties in Afghanistan, as well as the failure of negotiations between the us administration and the Taliban.
finally, it examines international relations and how they were affected by the withdrawal of American troops in 2021, as well as the resulting humanitarian crisis and the political uncertainties following the internal situation in the country.
الملخص FRE
Cet article résume les éléments essentiels pour une réflexion argumentée sur la question relative a l’ascension des talibans.
le papier mettra en exergue la genèse de cette mouvance et ses péripéties en Afghanistan, il reviendra aussi sur l’échec des négociations entre l’administration Américaine et les talibans.
enfin, il examine les relations internationales et la manière dont elles sont affectées par le retrait des troupes Américaines en 2021, ainsi que la crise humanitaire qui en résulte et les incertitudes politiques suite a la situation interne du pays.
