This research is concerned with studying (representations of the Mesopotamian heritage in the works of the sculptor Amer Khalil) and includes four chapters.

The first chapter is devoted to clarifying (the research problem-the importance of broadcasting and the need for it-the research objective-identifying and defining interests) and the research problem has been summarized in answering the following question: (What are the representations of the Mesopotamian heritage in the works of the sculptor Amer Khalil The researcher found that there is a necessary need for this study, represented in the fact that the subject has not been studied in this detailed manner, and for the availability of scientific material that meets the needs of Iraqi libraries.

The research has a comprehensive goal, which is to identify the representations of the Mesopotamian heritage in the works of the sculptor Amer Khalil, in terms of the limits of the research, it was determined by studying the representations of the Mesopotamian heritage in the works of the sculptor Amer Khalil, executed on the sculptural works of the artist Amer Khalil, for Nafrah from 19A AD to the year.
