Wegeners granulomatosis and lethal midline granuloma

Wegener's granulomatosis and lethal midline granuloma have been incorrectly defined and diagnosed in the past.

This has led to mistreatment.

In this paper, we report two clinical cases, one of Wegener's granulomatosis and one of lethal midline granuloma.

Diagnostic and therapeutic aspects are discussed.

These lesions, described angiocentric vasculitis, might represent varying expression of one disease, non-Hodgkin's sinonasal lymphoma.
