however, it is currently facing a range of threats resulting from globalization in all its aspects, including the threats arising from the development of modern technologies.

this has led to a shift in security concerns from defensive strategies to many countries, including Algeria, which emphasizes in its recent security discourse the need to address the threats posed by modern technologies.
