Through this communication, we have tried to present the first experience of the establishment of the internal audit structure within three pilot Moroccan municipalities.
Based on its timid results, it turns out that despite the institutional will, the experience has demonstrated the need to put in place a set of managerial and legal prerequisites.

A travers cette communication, nous avons essayé de présenter la première expérience de l'instauration de la structure de l'audit interne au sein de trois communes marocaines pilotes.
Sur la base de ses résultats timides, il s'avère que malgré la volonté institutionnelle, l'expérience a démontré la nécessité de la mise en place d'un ensemble de prérequis d'ordre managérial et juridique.
