الملخص EN

The objectives of this study are both descriptive and theoretical within the mainstream of current syntactic theory.

This study attempts to formulate an articulated structure of CP and explore configurational and categorical accounts to various elements, such as some complementizers, wh-elements, mood indicators, and particles that introduce root as well as subordinate clauses, etc.

The article deals with characterizing root as well as subordinate clauses of various functional types.

The study will categorize some illocutionary force indicators according to their syntactic properties and features.

The features encoded in C? that determine clause types are to be classified as functional categories.

We formulate a generalized phrasal, representation of illocutionary force projections domination +/- Root clauses that can account for various linguistic data of languages with head first / last, and those displaying overt or cover movements.
