An evaluation of corporate strategic performance : the case of UAE banking sector

This research article aimed at the evaluation of corporate strategic performance of the national banking sector in the UAE.

The Multiple discriminate Analysis statistical technique was used to test five null hypotheses related to strategic performance in the research sample.

Results indicated that.

Among all measurements used in the analysis, management efficiency and capital productivity were found to have highly significant discriminatory power to distinguish between the research groups.

Therefore they can be considered as useful measurements for the evaluation of corporate strategic performance.
