This paper examines the main economic, political and social fuctois which could atfect the future ol the Jordanian Business Organizations iJROi.

Based on the results of relevant research, the paper presents a general background of the Jordanian managerial environment and its evolution.

It also deals with the type ot management and organization prevailing in JBO.

By combining the prevailing situation with the possible futuie and its challenges, the paper looks into the way? JBO can translorm and develop its management and organization in order to function effectively The paper seeks to suggest key issues and specific tooN which may help in achieving the intended contextual and siructuial transformation of JBO These include institutionalization, resource building.

techniques modification, progressive legislation and internal policy mechanism for guidance.
