The notion of irresolute-topological vector spaces (ITVSS) is introduced.
Several properties of ITVSS are studied and a complete comparison between this class and the class of topological vector spaces (TVSS) is presented.
In particular.
ITVSS are shown to be independent from TVSS.
Finally.
a sufficient condition for semi-regularity of irresolute topological vector spaces is given.
