In this paper we study the ring R = Mn (F).

of nxn matrices over a field F.

graded by a finite group G.

We will compute all the possible graduations for the ring R.

in the case n=3.

graded by special classes of the group G.

Then we introduce an algorithm that will give us all the possible graduations of the ring R by a finite group G.
