الملخص EN

The residue number system (RNS) is an integer system capable of supporting high speed concurrent arithmetic.

Two of the most important consideration when designing RNS systems are the module set selection and the residue to binary conversion.

In this paper, firstly we introduce the new three-module set (22n+2, 2n+1 + 1, 2n-1 - 1), which can offers large dynamic range and an efficient implementation of the residue to binary converter.

Then, we present a high-speed and low-cost design of the residue to binary converter for this three-module set.

The proposed architecture is efficient and easy to implement in VLSI.

Compared to the other residue to binary converters for a similar three-module set, our converter is very faster and results in hardware saving .
