The importance of the internet and computer as a tool to facilitate a aspects of life cannot be ignored.

One of these aspects which has bee strongly affected by introducing the computer is the educational proces mainly language learning.

Mastering grammar is considered the anchorin point in mastering any language.

However, teaching English grammar fc non-native speakers is not an easy process.

Both students and teachers at suffering from the number of approaches applied in this respect.

It is nc easy to find or arrive at an approach which could help the students to enjo grammar and move it away from bare rules into actual usages.

The aim c this paper is to test the validity and effect of the computer in teaching th perfect tense, one of the most difficult tenses in English grammar for Ara learners.

Moreover, this paper gives a description of a computer prograi designed as an aid in teaching perfect tenses for non-native speakers.

Th program covers the areas of present, past and future perfect in addition t present, past and future perfect progressive.
