Synthesis and characterization of new prepared isoxazolidines by 1, 3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction

Isoxazolidines (3-7" a-e") were obtained by 1, 3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of the prepared nitrones (la-c) to allyl derivatives (2a-c).

Some remarkable changes were observed in the reaction of nitrones (la-e) with allyl alcohol in the presence of lewis acid under various conditions.

Also we have explored herein the conformation of study and biological evalution of adducts.

The new adducts were characterized by IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectra.
