Case review : cyclophosphamide therapy in churg-strauss syndrome

This report describes a 35- year old male patient known to have bronchial asthma since 16 years, lastly he presented with arthralgia, cutaneous vacuities, pulmonary infiltration and polyneuropathy.

The patient was diagnosed as having Chug-Strauss syndrome according to the pathological, clinical and blood works results which together fulfills the criteria of ACR (American College of Rheumatology).

Successful treatment was achieved with cyclophosphamide.
