Nine inactivated adjuvant vaccines [(3 for Haemophilus paragallinarum, 3 for P.

multocida and 3 for bivalent vaccines) were prepared by using liquid paraffin, Montanide ISA 25 and Montanide IMS 1113 as oil adjuvant.

It was found that combined vaccines protected chicken against infectious coryza and fowl cholera diseases with no interference of each other them in immune response of chicken.

The immune response of chicken was earlier and higher in those vaccinated with vaccines adjuvant with Montanide IMS 1113, Montanide ISA 25 and liquid paraffin, respectively either in monovalent or combined form
