On approximate observability of strongly stable linear perturbed slyvester system

The Jacob and Zwart test is sufficient for approximate observability if the system is strongly stable.

In this paper, we show by means of an example that this statement holds for generalized strongly stable linear perturbed Sylvester systems even if the system is modeled by a contraction perturbed Composite semi group .
