The present paper studies the transformations of T1 - bundle.

The almost Hermitian structure on T1 - bundle base has been defined.

The conformal transformations of this almost Hermitian structure induce the transformations of T1 - bundle of almost contact metric structure.

The relations between adjoined G ــــ structures of T1 - bundle of almost contact metric structure and transformed almost contact metric structure were obtained.

Finally, The conditions of invariance for some almost contact metric structures were found.
