الملخص AR
تم في هذا البحث دراسة مستويات مجاميع الثايول الكلي و الكاروتينات و البروتين الكلي خلال مراحل نمو نبات الباقلاء Vicia faba لمدة 18 أسبوع.
فلوحظ أن مستوى الثايول الكلي ازداد معنويا مع تقدم عمر النبات وصولا إلى الأسبوع الخامس عشر ثم انخفض مستواها بعد ذلك.
كان مستوى الكاروتينات الأولي خلال الأسبوعين الأول و الثاني هو 0.075 مايكروغرام / غم.
وزن جاف، ثم تزداد مستوياتها متمثلة بقمتين الأولى خلال الأسبوع الرابع و القمة الثانية خلال الفترة المحصورة بين الأسبوع العاشر و الرابع عشر ثم بعدها تبدأ بالأنخفاض وصولا إلى الأسبوع الثامن عشر.
أما مستوى البروتينات الكلي فأزداد معنويا مع تقدم عمر النبات حتى الأسبوع الرابع عشر بعدها انخفاض بصورة تدريجية.
ربما تكون هذه التغيرات ناتجة عن تغير مستوى مضادات الأكسدة خلال مرحلة النمو.
الملخص EN
In this research, total thiol groups, carotenoids and total protein levels were studied during growth of Vicia faba plant in period of 18 weeks.
Total thiol level was significantly increased, accompanied with progress of plant growth, until fifteen weeks, then its level decreased after 14 weeks.
Whereas, the content of carotenoids was high during first and second week, then it's level decreased between (4-9) weeks, after 14 weeks it's content was declined.
The content of total protein increased, which accompanied with plant growth until 14 weeks, then it's level gradually decreased.
This changes may be a result of the change in antioxidants level.
