Synthesis of seven-memberd heterocyclic compounds via pericyclic reaction

A seven-member hetero cyclic compounds were prepared by condensation of adenine with vaniline to give compound [1], this compound were found to react with one of anhydrides (maleic anhydride, phthalic anhydride, 3-methyl phthalic anhydride) to give 7-memberd heterocyclic [3-6] .Other type of 7-memberd heterocyclic [5, 6] were prepared by reaction of diethyl phthalate or di ethyl malate with guanidine hydrochloride to give compound [5, 6].

All these compounds [1-6]were prepared by per cyclic reactions.
